Bugfix and Balance Update 10/07/19

After the first content update, we needed to add a few changes.
Here they are, in this 159.08 patch:

Bugs

  • Fixed a bug when the window of the enemy, who entered stance first in battle, was incorrectly displayed
  • Now the cost of Lich ultimate is correctly displaying
  • Now the level of the minions in the cemetery buildings is displaying
  • Unfrozen ability “Cold Embrace” now is working correctly with the “Wait” button
  • Fixed an error with the crushing game with old saves (ver. 158 and earlier)
  • Fixed incorrect values of Bone Golem abilities and Vagrant's Rags artifact in the Deutch localization
  • Fixed a bug with the buff granted by Blood Phantasm stance
  • [Lost Soul] Minion text line now is displaying correctly
  • [Shade] Exclusive skin now is displaying correctly
  • [Achievements] Iratus talents-related achievements now are unlocking correctly


Balance

Blood Phantasm

  • Baseline Attack increased from 14-16 to 16-18
  • Baseline Dread increased from 14-16 to 16-18
  • Baseline Accuracy increased from 93 to 100
  • Baseline Evasion decreased from 8 to 4
  • Chains of Anger: Additional damage for each buff or debuff decreased from 30% to 20%
  • Chains of Fury: Additional damage for each buff or debuff decreased from 22,5% to 15%
  • Moaning Chains: Additional damage for each buff or debuff decreased from 45% to 30%
  • Rage Injection: Upgrade bonus +1 Attack and Dread changed to +2 Luck and Evasion
  • Mark of Vengeance: Upgrade bonus +1 Armor increased to +2 Armor
  • Aura of Retribution: Upgrade bonus +2 Attack increased to +3 Attack
  • Chains of Fury: Upgrade bonus +1 Resistance increased to +2 Resistance
  • Moaning Chains: Upgrade bonus +2 Attack increased to +3 Attack
  • Phantasmal Blitz: Upgrade bonus +1 Block and Ward changed to +4 Attack and Dread


Ghoul

  • Baseline Accuracy decreased from 107 to 94
  • Baseline Luck decreased from 8 to 6
  • Baseline Evasion decreased from 8 to 6
  • Savage Instincts, Savage Cunning: Additional damage for each buff or debuff decreased from 20% to 15%
  • Predatory Instincts: Additional damage for each buff or debuff decreased from 30% to 22,5%


Mummy

  • Cursing Touch, Dire Curse: damage increased from 50/50% to 60/60%
  • Unavoidable Curse: damage increased from 50/75% to 60/90%
  • Absorb Wrath: the amount of the restoring wrath for each removed debuff increased from 5 to 8


Infested

  • Baseline Attack increased from 21-24 to 23-26
  • Baseline Dread increased from 22-24 to 24-26
  • Baseline Accuracy increased from 89 to 90
  • Baseline Vigor decreased from 90 to 85
  • Rancid Breath, Lingering Breath: damage increased from 60/30% to 70/35%
  • Plague Breath: damage increased from 70/35% to 80/40%
  • Feast on Malady: Attack and Dread bonus for each removed debuff increased from 2 to 3
  • Invert Malady: the amount of the target' restoring Vigor for each removed debuff increased from 5 to 8


Lich

  • Bone Shards, Shrapnel, Shard Swarm: Damage increased from 100% to 115%
  • Toxic Cloud, Plague Cloud, Corrosive Cloud: Damage increased from 80% to 100%
  • Sacrifice: Vigor restored increased from 30 to 45
  • Cannon Fodder: Vigor restored increased from 40 to 60
  • Rain of Fire, Bedlam: Damage increased from 75/50% to 50/75%
  • Armageddon: Damage increased from 75/75% to 50/100%


Head Hunter

  • Baseline Attack increased from 15-30 to 17-34
  • Baseline Dread increased from 14-20 to 15-21
  • Dual Slash, Vorpal Slash, Dual Cruelty: Damage increased from 70% to 80%
  • Bloody Harvest: Damage increased from 40% to 50%
  • Harvest the Blessed: Damage increased from 160% to 175%
  • Abundant Harvest: Damage increased from 50% to 60%



Artifacts

  • Enchanted Dress: Armor and Resistance bonus increased from 1 to 2
  • Rib Cage Armor: Armor bonus increased from 2 to 3
  • Nobleman's Garb: Resistance bonus increased from 2 to 3
